Safari Fit

Safari Fit, aka Ann Sullivan, runs local fitness classes in Redwood Meadows and Bragg Creek between September and June. Join us for a challenging indoor workout every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 to 10 am at Redwood House (1 Manyhorses Drive, Redwood Meadows). Workouts change weekly but always include exercises for strength, cardio, core, balance and flexibility.

Safari also offers a gentler workout on Mondays and most Fridays at 10:15 am for seniors and those who are new or returning to fitness.

Check out our outdoor fitness classes for kids in the fall.

Ann is an AFLCA-certified group fitness instructor and CANSI level 1 Nordic ski instructor.

Get your Kananaskis Conservation Pass

As of June 1, 2021, vehicles parked at provincial parks and public land sites in Kananaskis Country and the Bow Valley Corridor require a Kananaskis Conservation Pass. The licence plate provided will be used to verify your pass purchase during your visit.
